The New Good Faith Estimate is causing real pain to The Consumer and; The Real Estate Industry I've now spent two months working on this new good faith estimate.  It's been implemented since January 1rst of 2010. So, …

Hmmm... many issues with the new RESPA rules, in addition to the potential hardship of delayed closing dates when certain changes in terms need to be made. And, interesting that the new rules require a 57 page FAQ: http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/ramh/res/resparulefaqs.pdf

Good grief! I'm glad our local lenders in Waynesville, NC are well educated in all these changes!
